For clients that don’t have much content, we tend to work with premium stock photos or more graphic design based posts that are relevant to your brand. However, the approach we take is always something we decide together with you.

We will make sure to include specific requests you may make. All of the posts we make are planned out a full month in advance, so if you have specific requests submitted to us early enough, we can easily include it. 5 days before the next month starts, we always check in with you to see if there’s any specific content we should include in your next month's batch.

If there is highly important urgent content of any nature that needs to be posted with no planning involved, then we just suggest that you post it yourself and leave the planned out social media strategy to us.

Yes you can always post yourself on your own profiles. We encourage our clients to add their own content when they need to. It’s up to you how involved you want to be; if you’re simply too busy to do anything on social media, then you can relax knowing we’ve got your accounts covered. If you are active on social media, we will work to do the heavy lifting and free you up to do what you do best... be social and engage with your followers!

Once the 14-day money-back guarantee period has passed, no refunds will be issued. Due to the nature of operating on third-party platforms, waiting on delayed review of our work by clients, and providing via a monthly subscription service (rather than a full-service agency), we offer absolutely no refunds.

Refunds requested within the 14-day money-back guarantee will only be processed after all social media posts shared to your social media pages have been deleted. You also agree not to use any content created by REVREV Social for your business once the refund is processed.
